Später baute Riond in Renens selber Flaschenwaschmaschinen (ev. nur die "Vigneron", während er die Längsmaschinen als Agent weiterhin von Giovanola bezog und verkaufte).

Es besteht ein noch zu klärender (technischer) Zusammenhang zwischen Verzinkerei Zug - Giovanola - Riond.

Son titulaire étant décédé, l'entreprise individuelle est radiée d'office,
