Storia

Cinquantasette anni di storia, una famiglia solida e appassionata alle spalle e un management giovane e grintoso alla guida di un’azienda ormai stabilmente ai vertici del mercato. Questa è Enoplastic, nata per “hobby” dalla passione di Piero Macchi per la meccanica e il buon vino e cresciuta costantemente grazie ad una gestione illuminata delle risorse e del patrimonio tecnologico dell’azienda.

Fondata nel 1957, alla fine degli anni ’60 Enoplastic contava 25 macchine e pochi operai a curarne il corretto funzionamento. Oggi le macchine sono diventate oltre 150, su una superficie di oltre 65.000 mq ed un totale di circa 250 dipendenti nella sola sede di Bodio Lomnago (VA), il cuore dell’intera produzione di Enoplastic.

Oggi l’azienda produce oltre 2,5 miliardi di unità all’anno, esporta in 86 paesi del mondo ed è pronta a cambiare nuovamente pelle, diventando un brand globale e concentrandosi su quelle economie di scala che le consentano di essere il più possibile performante. Un nuovo sistema informatico gestionale, un nuovo sito web, un unico Gruppo che raccolga sotto di sé le quattro filiali attualmente operative (in Spagna, Nuova Zelanda, Australia e negli Stati Uniti), un linguaggio tecnologico comune quale base portante dell’intera struttura aziendale.

The shareholders of Enoplastic and Sparflex are pleased to announce they have entered into a strategic agreement which will create a global leader in wine and spirits closure solutions. The shareholders of both companies, namely the investment firm Cobepa, and the Moglia and Soutiran families, will remain heavily involved in supporting the Group achieve its shared vision and strong ambitions.
